MISSION AND HISTORY

Heads of State, Government leaders, UN High-Level Representatives and civil society met in September 2015, at the 70th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These represent a universal, ambitious, sustainable development agenda, an agenda “of the people, by the people and for the people,”

In July 2018 we were part of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development were we notice that the youth and children all around the world did not have the knowledge about the SDGS and the Agenda2030, therefore, we decided to start a diffusion of this through education.

In Generacion2030 we advocate for the diffusion of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Agenda 2030 to Children and Youth through Education, therefore we visit diverse schools and places it needs to teach children and youth about the SDGS and Agenda2030.

Volunteer with us to teach the SDGS. Wherever you are in the world you can be part of the change! You just have to take the initiative to spread your knowledge about the SDGS and the Agenda2030 through Education.

Visit local schools in your country or even visit universities and start the change!

In today’s world, Millennials make up a significant portion of today’s target business audience. Millennials are the two billion people born between the early 1980s and 2000. 81% of millennials believe business has a key role to play in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It’s an important milestone for the profession as we drive forward efforts on corporate sustainability and responsibility. The SDGs recognise and give an international platform to the fact that business can and should have a role to play in furthering sustainable development.
